Only you and Alex have access to your conversation history. No other users can see your interactions, and you cannot see theirs. We are upfront about this reality. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot be held responsible for breaches beyond our reasonable control. askalex.one offers various subscription plans (Curios, Pro, Next Gen) with different levels of priority and features. Payment details are handled securely through our third-party payment processor Stripe and Paypal. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
The content and design of askalex.one (excluding your personal conversations) are the intellectual property of AskAlex.One and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
The content of your side is your intelectual property.
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the service.
